David Deague - Chairman

David Deague is one of Melbourne's most renowned property developers with a strong focus on family values, and a love of Australian art.

He is best known for building the family-owned firm that, in 1992, became Asian Pacific Building Corporation Pty Ltd (APBC).

APBC specialises in Melbourne commercial & boutique hotel/resort property development, and the Directors are now assisting David in taking the business forward - building on 150 years of passion and commitment to property development and construction.

The company is currently working on 4 hotel projects in Melbourne, and one in Sydney. Each will combine leading edge technologies, architecture and style, whilst incorporating environmental responsibility.

David Deague holds a Commercial Building Practitioners Licence and prides himself of being a hands-on Chairman. Over the years David has built many relationships with subcontractors and trusted suppliers - many of whom have been working with the company for 30 years or more.
