All our executives are hands-on managers, supported by our dedicated administration and construction teams. Specialised services are sub-contracted to trusted suppliers, many of whom have worked with the company for 30 years or more.
We also have long-term relationships with a network of leading consultants who join our team on a project-by-project basis.
Always open to improvement and change, we have a process that allows all our employees and sub-contractors to contribute their ideas to our projects. At the same time, we support their own professional development through on-going training programs - an investment in the continued success of the company.
