William H. Deague – CEO

William Deague joined APBC in 1997 as a Director and has recently undertaken the role of Chief Executive Officer.

He has overseen APBC's major property developments, most recently at The Bell Centre (Preston), and is presently working on the development of hotels throughout South Yarra and at Potts Point in Sydney.

Will holds a Domestic Builders License (unlimited) as well as a private fixed wing and helicopter licence.

Jonathan D. Deague – Managing Director,
Sales & Marketing

Jonathan is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Director of Australian Growth Solutions (AGS), A Better Choice (ABC), Melbourne Commercial Office Sales & Leasing and Asian Pacific Business Centres – Sales & Leasing.

Anthony C. Deague – Director

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and after working abroad for several years joined the company in 2001.

Gaining experience in all departments of APBC he then went on to complete a Course in Property (Agents Representatives) and establish a presence in the Sales and Leasing at 1 Queens Road.

Anthony now works alongside his father to continue to grow and develop the business.

Matthew Toms - General Manager, Business Operations

Matthew completed his Economics degree in 1994 before joining Wilson Parking enjoying success as Business Development Manager and then State Operations Manager (Vic).

In April 2002 Matthew commenced with APBC and in December 2004 Matthew was elevated to General Manager – Business Operations.

Matthew is directly responsible for the Company's operational businesses including APBC's businesses in the following fields: Telecommunications, Business Centres / Serviced Offices, Facilities Management, Body Corporate Management, Furniture / Interior Design, Car Parking and Storage.

Matthew has a very strong financial, operational, business development, strategic & human resources background and has provided a solid and very profitable business platform focusing on growth and new business opportunities.

Michael Shinton - Chief Financial Officer

At APBC Michael assumes responsibility for all aspects of finance tax and accounting matters including the funding of new projects and raising of corporate debt.

Michael joined APBC in 2004 and prior to this worked in senior finance roles for a number of leading property developers in Melbourne, as well as project management and consulting organisations.

Michael is a member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants with extensive experience in the property industry in Australia, the UK and Overseas.

Damien Theisz - General Manager, Melbourne Commercial Office Sales & Leasing

Damien holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in International Trade.

He has over 10 years experience in both sales and marketing, and has a strong focus on customer service.

Damien joined APBC in July 2004 and is currently responsible for all commercial sales & leasing.
